A strong and versatile suppressor, the HX-QD 762’s features were heavily influenced by the U.S. Army CSASS requirements. The HX-QD 7.62mm will fit a wide range of calibers and host rifles thanks to its unrestricted baffle design. As with all of the Helix and FLOW style suppressors, the patented Flow-Through® technology of this silencer redirects the expanding gasses in a helical pattern, allowing the intense heat to expand and cool as it moves through the silencer body. This unique design also means that the expanding gas generates torque on the silencer and tightens it onto the mount, ensuring it doesn’t come loose while shooting. As the gas moves through the combination of Grade 5 titanium coils and 17-4 stainless steel deflectors, it creates a gas-free shooting experience.

The HX-QD’s are built with a full-auto rating and easily pass the USSOCOM reliability stress test – these cans are built with durability in mind. The proven Flow-Through® tech was designed to not increase pressure levels (or blowback) like a traditional baffle stack might. This HUXWRX can is tested to impact bolt velocity of less than 5% over a baseline. Muzzle rise and recoil are more easily managed as well as not affecting weapon malfunctions. 2. Head to your selected Powered By Silencer Shop dealer with a kiosk to complete your demographic info and fingerprint scan in just five minutes. Snap a selfie and upload it online within your customer portal with the Silencer Shop app.
3. Silencer Shop will email a DocuSign to you. Please review and digitally sign the file from your computer or mobile device.
4. Set up your ATF eForms account at eforms.atf.gov. Make sure your email, name, and address match your Silencer Shop profile information exactly.
5. You’ll receive an email from Silencer Shop that says “Ready to Certify” and includes the phone number of your local Powered by Silencer Shop dealer. Set up a time to certify and submit the form to the ATF for processing.
