The Lone Star Silencer Scoundrel, machined from lightweight titanium, is ready to handle a lifetime of shooting with even the harshest rimfire ammo. The fine folks over at Lone Star Silencer have informed us that the Scoundrel will make your .22 “sound like a barn cat sneezing.” We fancy ourselves more of a cowdog kind of company, so we’re assuming that barn cats don’t sneeze very loudly!

Shooting any .22LR through a suppressor can be a messy business, so we love the idea of a monocore rimfire silencer that only has 3 pieces. Simple to disassemble may not sound like a very important design feature, but believe us… it most certainly is. And those who have other suppressors with too many parts – well, bless their hearts. Lone Star Silencer is made entirely out of high-grade titanium. This makes the silencer strong yet lightweight and maneuverable. The retaining cap is easily removed from the core by way of an included wrench, and the titanium tube simply slides off the rear of the silencer. After all, cowboys don’t have any time to waste! This suppressor’s simple design is what John Wayne would have called “cowboy logic.”
