B&T SQD-M 9mm Suppressor – Quick Detach & Modular Performance

The B&T SQD-M 9mm suppressor provides unmatched quick-detach convenience and excellent sound reduction for your 9mm firearm, enhancing overall shooting performance while ensuring reliability in any condition.

The Super Quick Disconnect (SQD) attachment for the RBS9 suppressor introduces features unseen in previous B&T models. By combining B&T’s signature Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) technology with a new one-hand, 3-lug mounting system, the SQD-M allows shooters to attach and detach the suppressor rapidly and smoothly. This system is arguably the fastest 3-lug attachment of its kind. The RBS SQD fits all 9mm firearms with a 3-lug barrel interface, including B&T’s APC9, SPC9, GHM9, as well as HK’s MP5, MP5K, and other compatible tri-lug variants.

Attaching the suppressor is straightforward. The operator presses it over the barrel, and the spring-loaded retaining collar snaps onto the 3-lug attachment, securing the suppressor. To remove it, the operator simply depresses the tab, allowing quick and easy removal for stowing or reinstalling.

Furthermore, the SQD-M is highly modular and offers customization unmatched by other submachine gun suppressors. It comes in one size but includes an RBS-compatible section that users can add or remove based on mission requirements. This flexibility allows operation in a full-length configuration for maximum sound suppression or a compact configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The SQD-M also includes two endcaps, vented and non-vented, so the operator can turn RBS off or maintain a sealed system. As a result, users can tailor the suppressor for ultimate sound reduction or compactness.
