It comes equipped with a .578-28 TPI piston, ensuring compatibility and reliable performance across various platforms.

Lightweight yet Durable Design
Despite its 8.6-inch length, the Nautilus 45 weighs just 10.5 ounces. Moreover, the suppressor combines aluminum and stainless steel construction strategically: the tube and baffles are made from lightweight aluminum to reduce weight, while the blast baffle and piston assembly use 17-4 stainless steel to endure high shooting stress. This combination offers both strength and maneuverability.

Reduced First Round Pop & Easy Maintenance
Additionally, the piston is cut to minimize first round pop (FRP), effectively turning it into an initial baffle. As a result, carbon and debris are shielded from the tube, making the Nautilus extremely easy to disassemble and clean. Furthermore, CGS equipped the suppressor with second-generation Orion baffles, providing state-of-the-art sound reduction for a quieter shooting experience.
