Daniel Defense DDM4ISR Upper Receiver Group

The Daniel Defense DDM4ISR Upper Receiver Group is designed for shooters who want a reliable and optimized setup for the .300 Blackout cartridge. It uses a 9-inch Cold Hammer Forged barrel with fluting and a target crown. Because it includes a pistol-length gas system, the receiver group delivers strong and consistent performance with both subsonic and supersonic rounds. Since the suppressor is built directly into the barrel, the system works immediately without extra setup. You no longer need to attach a suppressor, check alignment, or re-zero for different firing modes.

The integrated suppressor extends the barrel to a full 16 inches, so the complete platform avoids Short-Barreled Rifle classification when it is mounted on a lower. As a result, users only need the tax stamp for the suppressor. Daniel Defense builds the suppressor with a lightweight outer tube made from heat-resistant metal alloys. Additionally, the Cerakote-C protective coating helps the unit handle extreme temperatures. The suppressor is also easy to service, and you can remove the baffle core for cleaning to maintain peak performance.

Furthermore, the DDM4ISR Upper Receiver Group includes the MFR XL 15.0 modular handguard. It offers a continuous 1913 Picatinny top rail for optics or iron sights, while the KeyMod slots on the sides and bottom allow flexible accessory mounting. The GRIP-N-RIP ambi charging handle supports both left- and right-handed shooters. It also redirects excess gas upward and away from the user’s face, making suppressed use more comfortable. Every complete Daniel Defense upper receiver group ships with an M16-profile bolt carrier group for added durability and reliable cycling.
